The Renovations Project Manager is responsible for the successful completion of his or her job from start to finish.  RPM serves as the point of contact for the customer and also as the liason between the customer and the home office.  

Service managers assist the RPM in all things necessary to successfully complete each project.  Service manager often serve as a training ground before graduating to renovations project manager.
